Moratorium of Residential and Commercial Evictions
County Prohibits all residential and commercial evictions for nonpayment of rent, late fees and related costs caused by COVID-19
Through May 31st (and retroactive to March 4th)
Residents and businesses will also be protected from utility shutoffs and late fees. Residents and businesses have up to 6 months after May 31st to pay any back rent owed.
LADWP is offering extended payment plans online or over the phone at 1-800-DIAL-DWP.

Industry Free Meals
Gus's, Prime Pizza and Sebastian's Los Angeles Gus’s Fried Chicken, Prime Pizza, and Sebastian’s Mediterranean Cuisine are serving those in need during the pandemic, specifically students on meal programs
Seven nights a week for the foreseeable future, Silverton and her team will prep 300 to-go meals each evening, with pickup hours of 5:30 to 8:30 pm, and meals limited to two per person (unless a guest is facing an emergency situation). Those in need should bring a valid ID and proof of recent restaurant employment, such as a paystub, and arrive as early as possible; meals will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
The REACH program helps you pay for energy during a crisis. REACH provides an energy credit for up to $300 based on the past due bill (energy credit support is subject to funding availability). A non-profit organization runs the REACH program from 170 offices in Northern and Central California.
If you're having difficulty paying your gas bill during the winter, the Gas Assistance Fund (GAF) may be able to provide you, or someone you know, with a one-time grant for the amount of the gas bill, not to exceed $100.00.
90 Day Mortgage Payment Relief
Californians economically impacted by COVID-19 may receive 90-day grace periods to make mortgage payments
CARE and FERA are two programs we offer that can provide you with a monthly discount on your bill. Simply complete our application and we'll let you know if you qualify.
Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) - If you're not eligible for CARE, you may qualify for an 18% monthly bill discount through FERA. FERA is only open to households with three or more people. Qualification is based on income guidelines.
California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) - Offers a 30% or more monthly bill discount. Qualification is based on participation in certain public assistance programs or by income guidelines.
Energy Savings Assistance Program CA The Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESA) provides no-cost weatherization services to low-income households who meet the CARE income guidelines.

Everytable is offering meals to all Angelenos in need, including food distribution for seniors who need food brought to their homes, food for students and food for groups.
TEACH Academy of Technologies is offering free meals for pick-up to all children ages 5 through 17, with a valid student ID from any school. Meals are provided between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
El Torito restaurants are offering free (take-out only) meals to all kids ages 12 and under.

Employees Only will be passing out free “staff meal” kits for all hospitality employees from 5pm-8pm. -Pick up address: 7953 Santa Monica Blvd West Hollywood 90046. Look for the white building with the green awning. -There will be 100 meals available each night until we are no longer able to sustain this financially
